Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 19, 2026.
We built Local SEO Report Pro to solve a specific problem. Stop sending data dumps. Start proving your agency value. You need clear rules of engagement before you connect your first Google Business Profile API or generate a white-label dashboard. We operate in a space where data accuracy and API compliance matter. Read this page.
By using localseoreportpro.com, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of this agreement, leave the site. We do not negotiate these terms for individual agencies. You either play by the rules or you find another resource for your reporting frameworks.
Who Owns What
Our content belongs to us. We spent years testing AgencyAnalytics, BrightLocal, and custom Looker Studio templates to find out what actually works. The insights, dashboard frameworks, and articles published here are the intellectual property of Local SEO Report Pro. You cannot scrape our site. You cannot copy our proprietary dashboard structures. You cannot repackage our written content as your own agency intellectual property.
Your client data remains yours. When you plug in a client Google Business Profile or connect their Google Search Console to a recommended tool, we do not see, store, or claim ownership of that data. We provide the educational frameworks to visualize the metrics. You maintain complete control over your client relationships.
We protect our work aggressively. If we find our custom reporting templates sold on third-party marketplaces, we take immediate legal action.
No Guarantees on Google Algorithm Behavior
Local SEO changes fast. Google updates the map pack layout, shifts proximity signals, or breaks their API without warning. We provide reporting frameworks and dashboard tools designed to track these movements. We do not guarantee your clients will rank higher. We do not guarantee your agency will retain clients.
The information on this site is for educational and operational purposes. It is not professional legal or financial advice. We show you how to track review velocity and NAP consistency. We show you how to present that data to local business owners. How you interpret that data is entirely up to you.
If a client fires your agency because a dashboard showed a massive drop in local search visibility, that is on you. We provide the tools to illuminate the blind spots. You manage the client expectations.
Where Our Responsibility Ends
Software breaks. APIs fail. Sometimes Google delays GBP metric updates for three days straight. We are not liable for lost agency revenue, lost clients, or damaged reputations if a recommended tool fails to generate a report on time.
You use our templates and advice at your own risk. We limit our liability to the fullest extent permitted by law. If you implement a reporting structure that confuses your client and they churn, Local SEO Report Pro holds zero responsibility for those damages.
Zero exceptions. Zero excuses. Real operational risk belongs to the agency owner.
Acceptable Use and API Compliance
You must use our site and recommended tools responsibly. We expect you to act like a professional agency operator. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer our dashboard templates. Do not use automated bots to scrape our tool reviews or pricing data.
When you connect third-party tools recommended on this site, you must comply with their specific terms of service. Google has strict limits on API calls. Do not try to bypass them through our frameworks. If you violate third-party terms, you risk getting your agency API access revoked permanently.
- Do not submit false information through our contact forms.
- Do not use our brand name to sell your own local SEO services.
- Do not distribute our premium dashboard templates for free on public forums.
- Do not attempt to breach the security of our website infrastructure.
How We Fund This Project
We review and recommend tools like DAXRM, BrightLocal, and various citation trackers. Sometimes we use affiliate links. If you click one of these links and buy a subscription, we earn a commission. This comes at no extra cost to you.
This financial relationship does not change our reviews. We rejected 14 different reporting tools before finding the ones we actually recommend. We test the API limits, we break the white-label features, we document the flaws. If a tool has terrible NAP consistency tracking, we tell you. If their automated reporting sends broken PDFs to clients, we call it out.
The commission simply keeps the servers running. It allows us to spend hours testing new proximity grid trackers so you do not have to.
Client Data Privacy and White Labeling
We understand the friction of client reporting. You need to present data under your own agency brand. When we recommend white-label tools, we evaluate their data privacy standards. However, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring that any tool you use complies with local data protection laws regarding your client information.
We do not have access to the data you feed into third-party dashboards. We provide the blueprint. You build the house. Keep your client data secure. Do not share sensitive API keys in public forums.
Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Local SEO Report Pro operates. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in those courts. We prefer to resolve things through a simple email. We are practical operators. But this clause protects both of us if things escalate.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the agreement remains in full effect. We do not waive our rights just because we fail to enforce a specific rule immediately.
Updates to This Agreement
We update these terms when necessary. When we add new features, review new API integrations, or change our content model, the rules shift. We will post the updated terms directly on this page.
Your continued use of localseoreportpro.com means you accept the new rules. We do not send out mass emails for minor typographical updates. Check this page periodically if you want to stay informed.
Questions About These Terms

We actually read the emails. We respond within 48 hours. We ignore automated spam and legal threats from tool vendors upset about a negative review.
